Yes. Electric actuators can be supplied with a battery backup or spring return module so the valve moves to a safe position on power loss, and pneumatic actuators can be supplied spring return. Tell us the fail position you need when you enquire.
Certainly, our actuated valves are provided with comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals. These manuals are furnished by both the valve and actuator manufacturers.
It depends on the version. Electric actuators normally include open and closed limit switches. For pneumatic valves, choose the switchbox option to add open and closed position feedback. If you are unsure, contact us and we will confirm.

On 3 piece valves, yes. This is done by combining end caps from two valves, so the valves are purchased in pairs; we then re-assemble and pressure test the valve before shipping.
