About Ball Valve UK
Ball Valve UK is a specialist supplier of industrial ball valves and actuated ball valve packages, operated by Actuation Valve & Control Ltd from our facility on Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool. We supply manual and automated ball valves to engineers, contractors, OEMs and maintenance teams.
What we supply
Our range covers stainless steel ball valves (2 piece, 3 piece, heavy duty, PN16, PN40, ANSI 150 and ANSI 300 flanged, hygienic and 3-way), brass ball valves including DZR and gas approved types, bronze, ductile iron, PVC-U and ABS and marine ball valves. We work with established manufacturers including Kingdom, Starline, Pekos, Mariani, Comer, Georg Fischer and SAMSON, alongside our own BV-L ranges.
Actuation, assembly and testing
Automated valves are our core business. We size, assemble and test pneumatic and electric actuated ball valves in-house, using actuators from Air Torque, Actreg, Elomatic, Hytork, Festo, V-Tork, Koei UNIC, Valpes, J-J and Rotork, with solenoid valves and switchboxes as required. Every actuated assembly is tested and calibrated before it is packed, and we can provide build assembly reports and manufacturer pressure test certificates. We also automate customer-supplied valves on a free-issue basis.
