The Actreg Pneumatic Actuator includes a specially coated steel piston and utilises high-quality materials that remain reliable in humid, dusty, or dirty environments. It incorporates a 3-Way guide to reduce friction between the body and pistons, extending their lifespan and reliability. Moreover, the Actreg actuator design includes features that make it suitable for use in extreme conditions, including both high and low temperatures. This is achieved through the use of special FKM o’rings for high-temperature applications (up to 150ºC) and Silicone o’rings for operation in conditions as low as -55ºC. Actreg actuators support NAMUR mounting (VDE/VDI 3845), which facilitates easy integration with additional ancillary products such as solenoid valves and valve position monitors that may be required for specific applications or operational needs.
