The Actreg ADA850-F10-F12-DS27 is a heavy-duty, industrial pneumatic actuator engineered for precise quarter-turn valve automation. Built with a powerful rack & pinion mechanism, it delivers smooth 90° actuation and is ideal for use with large valves. The actuator features ISO 5211 F10/F12 flange compatibility and a robust 27?mm DS27 square shaft, making it suitable for a wide range of valve types in demanding environments.

Constructed from hard-anodised aluminium, this actuator offers excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear. Certified to SIL?3 (Safety Integrity Level 3), it's perfectly suited for use in safety-instrumented systems across industries such as power generation, oil & gas, water and wastewater, petrochemical, and large-scale industrial automation.
