The V-Tork Solenoid Operated Hygienic Tri Clamp-Weld OD Ball Valve combines a three-piece hygienic stainless steel ball valve with a V-Tork pneumatic actuator and solenoid valve for automated flow control in food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical process lines.

The valve body is stainless steel with a hygienic internal finish and is available with tri clamp or weld OD ends to BS4825. The three-piece construction allows the centre section to be removed for cleaning, inspection and seat replacement without taking the end connections out of the line.

The pneumatic actuator provides reliable quarter-turn operation in either spring return or double acting form, while the solenoid valve enables electrical control of the actuator air supply. Solenoid coils are available in 24VDC, 110VAC and 230VAC.
