The V-Tork VT160S10 is a high-torque spring return pneumatic actuator from the VT New Series range, designed for fail-safe operation on large-bore quarter-turn valves in demanding industrial environments. With an extruded aluminium body and dual-piston rack and pinion mechanism, it delivers substantial torque output and automatic return to the preset fail-safe position on loss of air supply. Compatible with ISO F10 and F12 mounting flanges, the VTN160S10 is NAMUR compatible for integration with solenoid valves, limit switches and positioners.

Spring return torque output (N·m)

Air stroke torque shown as 0° / 90° — start and end of stroke. The 90° figure governs sizing in the powered direction; the spring 0° figure governs the fail-safe direction.
