The V-Tork VT085S08 is a spring return pneumatic actuator from the VT New Series range, engineered for dependable fail-safe operation in industrial valve automation. With its extruded aluminium body and dual-piston rack and pinion mechanism, it delivers consistent torque output and automatic return to a preset position on loss of air supply. Compatible with ISO F05 and F07 mounting flanges, the VTN085S08 is ideal for quarter-turn valves and is NAMUR compatible for straightforward integration with solenoid valves, limit switches and positioners.

Spring return torque output (N·m)

Air stroke torque shown as 0° / 90° — start and end of stroke. The 90° figure governs sizing in the powered direction; the spring 0° figure governs the fail-safe direction.
