The V-Tork VT110S05 is a spring return pneumatic actuator from the VT New Series range, offering reliable fail-safe operation for larger bore quarter-turn valves. Its extruded aluminium body and dual-piston rack and pinion mechanism deliver consistent torque output with automatic return to a preset position on loss of air supply. Compatible with ISO F07 and F10 mounting flanges, the VTN110S05 is NAMUR compatible for seamless integration with solenoid valves, limit switches and positioners.

Spring return torque output (N·m)

Air stroke torque shown as 0° / 90° — start and end of stroke. The 90° figure governs sizing in the powered direction; the spring 0° figure governs the fail-safe direction.
