Product Description

J+J J4CS55DPS 55Nm Electric Valve Actuator with Positioner is a quarter-turn electric actuator rated at 55Nm, for on/off automation of ball and butterfly valves.

The housing is dry powder coated aluminium alloy rated IP67, suitable for outdoor and washdown installation. Mounting is F05-F07 to ISO 5211 with a 17mm female drive, so it fits a matching valve pad directly. Operating time is 13 seconds for a 90 degree stroke.

This version carries a digital positioner, so the actuator follows a modulating control signal rather than simply driving open or closed.

A single multi-voltage control board accepts 24VDC, 24VAC, 110VAC or 240VAC. Four limit switches provide position feedback, with an LED visual indicator on the cover and a manual override handle for operation on loss of power.
