Product Description

J+J J4CS300BBDPS 300Nm Electric Valve Actuator with Battery Backup and Positioner is a quarter-turn electric actuator rated at 300Nm, for on/off automation of ball and butterfly valves.

The housing is dry powder coated aluminium alloy rated IP67, suitable for outdoor and washdown installation. Mounting is F07-F10 to ISO 5211 with a 22mm female drive, so it fits a matching valve pad directly. Operating time is 58 seconds for a 90 degree stroke.

This version carries both a digital positioner for modulating control and a battery backup module that drives the valve to its fail-safe position if the supply is lost.

A single multi-voltage control board accepts 24VDC, 24VAC, 110VAC or 240VAC. Four limit switches provide position feedback, with an LED visual indicator on the cover and a manual override handle for operation on loss of power.
