The BV-L8000FCROM and BV-L8200FCROM models, as part of the 3-piece full bore heavy duty actuated ball valve range, present a more cost-effective alternative to stainless steel valves for environments with lower corrosion risk. These valves, suitable for working pressures up to 2000 PSI (1” and below), deliver superior performance compared to our standard valve range. They are designed in compliance with firesafe standards API 607 5th ED 2005 (Valve only), ensuring both reliability and robustness. Options include 50% stainless steel filled seats and V-Ball modulation. For oil-based paint applications, silicone seats are available, and inspection testing conforms to MSS SP-110 standards. The Rotork ROM electric actuator is engineered to reduce total ownership costs compared to lower quality alternatives, offering enhanced efficiency, reduced downtime, and minimal maintenance needs, thereby lowering operating costs for processing plants.
